An easier way to shop waste management products

Stena Recycling is well-reputed for sustainable waste management solutions. To honor this, Stena Recycling embarked on a set of digital initiatives, to enable customers to browse new, and coming products and services through an inspiring digital experience. Jonas from Aberg Media Studios worked together with AKQA as a product designer in 2021 on an experience that promotes sales and strengthens the overall brand experience.

An easier, accessible fully responsive online webshop for select clients to streamline sales for waste management products and services customers use and love. We also helped update the design system, and bring new templates so that we might easily digitalize new offers.

As part of this experience, we also worked on showing innovative ways to use AR and VR internally, and externally around this digital experience.

The experience of becoming a member of Stena Recycling should start online, and these new digital initiatives, with detailed analytics, help us predict product and service demand.
